FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can't find your answer? Our pharmacy team responds within one working day.

Why have I received medication from EuroCare Pharma?

EuroCare Pharma may be the dispensing pharmacy appointed by the healthcare provider or digital care platform through which your prescription was issued. Our pharmacy is responsible for checking, preparing and dispatching the medication and for answering pharmaceutical questions about its safe use.

How can I contact the pharmacy team?

Use the contact button on this page, email contact@eurocarepharma.com or call +31 (0)85 333 2687. Please include your full name and order or reference number so our team can identify your delivery.

Do you provide advice about my medication?

Yes. Our pharmacy team can answer questions about use, dosage instructions, storage, possible interactions, side effects and delivery conditions. Questions about the diagnosis or the decision to prescribe should be directed to the prescribing healthcare provider.

What should I do if the package is damaged?

Do not use the medication until you have contacted us or the relevant healthcare platform. Keep the medication, outer packaging and cooling materials, and take clear photographs showing the damage and the condition of the product.

How do I report a side effect?

Contact our pharmacy team directly, or report it to the prescribing healthcare provider. Side effects can also be reported to the national pharmacovigilance centre in your country. Reporting helps make medication safer for everyone.
