EuroCare Pharma acts as a dispensing pharmacy for prescriptions issued by healthcare providers or digital care platforms. We do not prescribe medication and do not make treatment decisions. Questions about your diagnosis or the decision to prescribe should be directed to the prescribing healthcare provider.
2.Information on this website
The information on this website is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your healthcare provider and the patient information leaflet supplied with your medication.
3.Prescriptions and dispensing
- Every prescription is reviewed by a pharmacist before dispensing, including checks on dosage and interactions where relevant information is available.
- We may contact the prescribing healthcare provider if a prescription raises questions.
- We may refuse or postpone dispensing where patient safety, legislation or professional standards require this.
4.Delivery
Medication is shipped in discreet, protective packaging, and in temperature-controlled packaging where the medication requires it. Please inspect your package on arrival. If the package or its contents appear damaged, do not use the medication and contact us first. Keep the medication, outer packaging and any cooling materials, and take clear photographs.
5.Returns and recalls
For safety reasons, dispensed medication cannot be returned for reuse or refunded on that basis, except where required by law or in the case of a confirmed quality defect. In the event of a product recall, we follow the instructions of the competent authorities and will inform affected patients where required.
6.Complaints
We take complaints seriously and handle them according to our Complaints Procedure.
7.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from our professional obligations as a pharmacy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
