- Dispensing data: data we receive from the healthcare provider or digital care platform through which your prescription was issued, insofar as necessary to prepare, check and dispatch your medication.

- Pharmacovigilance: recording, assessing and, where required, reporting side effects, based on our legal obligations.
- Complaint handling and quality management, based on our legal obligations and our legitimate interest in improving our services.
3.Confidentiality of health data
Our pharmacy team is bound by professional confidentiality. Health data is only accessible to team members who need it to provide pharmaceutical care, and is never used for marketing purposes.
4.Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data.
5.How long we keep your data
Pharmacy and dispensing records are kept for the statutory retention periods that apply to pharmacies. General enquiries that are not part of your pharmaceutical record are kept no longer than necessary for handling and quality purposes, with a maximum of 12 months.
6.How we protect your data
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and confidentiality obligations for all team members.
7.Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability, within the limits of our legal retention obligations as a pharmacy. To exercise your rights, contact us via contact@eurocarepharma.com
